I bid the GPS in my car goodbye, replaced by a schnazzy new app on my IPhone.
You can't miss them. The Groupon coupons. The daily deals in the newspapers. The volume of sites like "Daily Steals", "Ideeli" and "Living Social". Deal-a-day websites are blasting email offers for deep discounts, sometimes good for only a few hours.
We've all seen the commercial for the Ford Focus with the "parking assist" -- no more struggles to parallel park! Now there's a new app that points out open parking spaces ... wouldn't that be convenient in downtown Denver or when you're too cheap to pay $20 to park at the Bronco game?
